2G-verification
Dear ALPIN CARD friends,
We are required to check all guests (ages 12 and older) who wish to ride our lifts for official verification of their “2G-status" – i.e. they are either vaccinated or recovered from COVID-19. Your ticket only permits access to the ski area if it is accompanied by verification of 2G-COVID-19-status.
For children and teenager who are of school age in Austria, the so-called “Ninja Pass” is equivalent to 2G-verification and is valid for the week of testing in question as well as on weekends. If tests of a similar nature are conducted during the holidays at the same test intervals as school, this shall also serve as 2G-verification analogous to the Ninja Pass.
Validation of your 2G-status as well as ticket activation may be conducted via the “Safe2Ski” web portal.

Validation of your 2G-status as well as ticket activation can be conducted as follows:
- Web Portal / Online Check-IN
Go to website www.alpincard.at/greenpass or scan the QR-Code
and pair your ticket with your verification of 2G-status. Requirement: Ticket + digital 2G-verification -
Green-Pass Check / COVID-19 Check Box & ticket vending machines:
At our valley stations you will find “Greenpass Checks“ or “COVID-19 - Check Boxes”. Here you can quickly and easily pair your ticket with your verification of 2G-status.
Requirement: Ticket + digital 2G-verification - Ticket windows:
Tickets can also be validated at the time of purchase at ticket windows.
Requirement: 2G-verification - Other ticket sales outlets (hotels, tour operators,...)
When tickets are issued, the 2G-status is checked directly by the relevant ticket sale outlet.
